Princeton Care Centers Specializes In Rehabbing Patients Quickly & Effectively
Is your loved one about to be discharged from the hospital but you believe they do not yet have the strength to live alone? At Princeton Care Center, we offer short-term/sub-acute care for individuals who are going to be released from the hospital but need assistance regaining their ability to live alone. Our sub-acute unit is a temporary placement in a rehabilitation center that focuses on bringing the patient either completely back or as close to “normal” as possible. Once your loved one completes our rehab program, they can return home. Princeton Care Center’s sub-acute center has 20 rooms and is adjacent to our therapy department. Individuals usually stay in our sub-acute center for approximately 19 days.
Those in our sub-acute center can enjoy a wide variety of benefits, including:
- Outside patios
- Hospitality lounge designed for family visits
- Separate dining area that encourages socialization
